Personal Books did not download on new laptop

Recently installed Logos 4 on a new Laptop (Win 7). All books in my library downloaded except my Personal books.  The books are shown in the Personal Book list but when I attempt to open them it indicates I "don't have a license to view them".  How do I get them into my library?  New to the Forum....

Currently, the meta data for the personal books sync, but the actual book does not. You will need to compile the book on your new system or manually move the compiled file over.
