Touch support for Windows tablets

I don't know if it is a new update, but I did notice the other day when I got a touch screen Windows 8 tablet that Logos 5 seems to work great with touch control for scrolling, etc. I was wondering though, does anybody know of a way to get "pop up" to work for footnotes and cross-references with touch control and not using an external mouse?

I love the iPad app for Logos, but I can't tell you how thrilled I am to have the whole package on a tablet! It runs amazingly well on the Acer W700 tablet with just 4 GB of RAM. I think I may need a solid state drive in my laptop too.

Good question, Daniel. I'm sure the Logos gurus were wondering about that themselves, when they looked at W8 a while back.

I'm on W7/touch and my pen has the ability to 'hover' which show the popups. But I'm guessing your W8 tablet doesn't have a pen?

No, although I can check and see. It's basically Acer's version of the Surface Pro, so I don't think so. Apparently Windows Vista and 7 had a feature called Touch Pointer that may have helped, but it seems to have been removed in Windows 8.
