Custom Upgrade Issue

Good Day. This may have already been asked, but I couldn't find it on the forums. I recently got my Christmas preaching bonus, and as most people would, I want to upgrade from Logos 4 Scholars (LE) to the Logos 5 Minimal Crossgrade, for now. The problem is, Logos says I have "Christian Home Library (KF)". Is this the same thing as Logos 4 Scholars (LE)? Would there be any issues once I choose my upgrade package? My purchase history has it correct, the only place it is wrong is the automatic tool thing where you upgrade.

I think you have an issue that would be be dealt with talking with a Logos sales rep on the phone.

I am having an issue where it shows an upgrade discount of 30%. But when I add the package to my account, it says 25%.

But after the sales rep went the extra mile, and talked to his manager, we worked out an arrangement that satisfied me. I don't think I ended up with exactly 30% off... But with the consolidation of two existing payment plans, I'm only paying 15$ a month more than I was, and I get silver.

Bruce, Thank you. I did chat with a Logos rep today and he helped me. I partially wanted to see if anyone else had this issue, its hard to believe it is just happening to me. And then I wanted to see how it worked out for them. I'm sure if it was a problem, someone would have commented by now, they have not and the Logos rep said there should be no problem, so we are good to go.

Most likely the issue here is that you own all of the components in the Christian Home KF base package, and that is a higher version (KF vs LE) than your purchased LE base package. We are looking at some ways to make this more clear, but it might be a while to get that working in a way that reflects ownership of the LE version when a higher version is also owned.

It's not a problem unique to you, but the pricing will reflect your ownership of the resources in the LE base package even if the recognized owned packed is different KF package.
