Logos Bible Software 4 has stopped working...

I recently installed Logos onto my wife's computer so that she could do some studies too when I'm using my computer for other things. It works just fine on my computer, but whenever I try to log in after installing it to hers, it takes a while to load when 'Logging In' and then every time it will 'stop working' and will close. Could you possibly help me figure out why it is not working on her computer? I've tried reinstalling it on hers a number of times with no luck.

Also, I have logs when I've tried to open it if you need them to help figure out the issue and how to resolve them. Just let me know which file to tag in here.

The forum editor has a paper clip, which can be used to attach a zip file containing Logos diagnostic log files. Wiki has => http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging

Humanly, without Logos diagnostic log files, have no idea about stop working and close. Logos is a complex application, which has a number of causes for crashes.

Personally my wife and I have separate Logos libraries with different preferences and content that can be in use at the same time without interference.

Bradford, I'm afraid you don't have exactly the same problem just because Logos crashes and a little explanation would help people diagnose your problem:-

You are reporting in the Logos 4 forum but your problem relates to Logos 5
It appears you tried to upgrade to Logos 5 and it did not succeed

Therefore you need to try again from the Upgrade link on your Order page (logos.com)

EDIT: It is also possible that you were trying to update to the latest 4.6a (SR-4) from SR-2, in which case use this link to update http://downloads.logos.com/LBS4/Installer/Logos4Setup.exe

Delete the folder C:\Users\Jessi Macko\AppData\Local\Logos4\Documents\3zdlgtnb.e23\ReadingLists then restart Logos to recreate the database.
