Is there a way to make one VF for all GRK txt without having to duplicate it for each individually?
Peace to you, Whyndell! *smile*
I'm a little confused re. your question.... Would you mind rephrasing it a wee bit, please?? *smile*
I would like to use the same visual filter for all my grk text- but find I have to duplicate it for each resource- is there a simple way to create a visual filter and have it be used for every, say grk text?
No, since some Logos Greek resources have different morphological tagging schemes. Logos has already migrated some Greek resources to Logos Greek Morphology.
In my Logos library, Friberg Greek Morphology is in one resource. GRAMCORD(TM) Greek Morphology is in two resources. Robinson Greek Morphology is in none. Swanson Greek Morphology is in two resources.
Hence, a Greek visual filter using Logos Greek Morphology can be used in all but six of the Greek morphologically tagged resources in my Logos library.

Curious about Visual Filter defintion ? is the resource specified ?
OK I changed it to "all resources" and now can use it with anything with Logos Morph- thanks, all I had to do was change the association.
If you use resource tags you can tag the Greek resources that you want to use - then these tags will show up in the visual filters menu. Resources using the same tags forma group for the visual filter.

I'm curious -- does this mean that the other morphological schemes will be abandoned?

Concur about unified morphology being easier to search across many resources.
Thanks for the link, KS4J! Very informative. If Rick Brannan says it's a good thing, that's enough for me.
