the installation process keeps on stalling. the install does not complete

no I do not get an error message. it just says that I have 255 minutes... Then I have 515 minutes... then I have 918 minutes... etc.
I let it install all evening until the morning, but it never stops installing.
when I cancels it will not cancel. If I reboot then I get a error message that says Logos did not install and I am at SR-1.
Is there a way I can re download the install file. I searched but could not find the sr2 download file.
(BTW I've been on the forums for some time. My forum profile resets each time I change my email. I contacted Logos, but they have no idea why)
There should be a link to the setup file in the email confirmation of your order or in your order history.
Ok, sorry about that. Yes, changing email address does reset post counts and is something which the Logos web admins are fully aware so I am surprised at the response you received.
I was able to down load the setup file from my orders page. I kept clicking on the product link instead of the order number link.
I ran setup file and it updated me to sr2 and now I don't have the problems i was encountering before.
