Crash, linking, saving desktop

I had a few books opened in tabs and was in Revelation 5. I clicked the back button in my NKJV Bible to go back to my daily chronological bible reading in Genesis and the program crashed. I've restarted it. No big deal compared to other problems I've been having. But it led me to want to know how to save my desktop so that if it crashes when I restart I have the same lineup of open resources. It's not in my snapshot file. Also can I link the NKJV with the MacArthur Study Bible so they scroll together like in Logos 3? I had clicked the link to open windows on both resources but they don't scroll together.

I had the NKJV, Bible Explorer and the
Passage Guide open. I right clicked on the NKJV and started a search for the
word "first" It did the search and I clicked align and started scrolling and it
crashed. I restarted, ended indexing in Task Manager like I always do and it
crashed before it opened again. That will be the log file I'm
attaching.

You link books as you did in L3. Click on the small arrow below the icon of the open resource to see available Options and choose your Link Set. You don't need to open them in floating windows. Open them in tabs of different panes (or Windows using L3 terminology).

Is your indexing still running(The blue Icon in the system tray)?

If so, its very unwise to stop it via the task manager. Let the indexing finish first before you attempt to use Logos4.

My indexing on this machine never "finishes" tech support is looking into it. It crashes every time it gets down to about an hour left. My searches are fast, but I clicked on supplemental indexing a while back and that screwed everything up again.
