Windows Vista Home, I uninstalled it and installed again, but still stops? What am I doing wrong please?
We'll need to have log files. See this article and enable permanent diagnostic logging, reproduce the crash, zip up the logs files together and attach it to a follow-up post using the paper clip icon on the compose message toolbar.
