Your best bet is to re-install or update Logos5? The error involves a mixing of versions in your Logos databases.
So while you're waiting you might want to check which version you're running and post it here.
If you want to re-install and you have Logos5, you do that by going to your account and the invoice for it (as you may have done initially).
If you have Logos4, then it's http://downloads.logos.com/LBS4/LDLS4Installer/Logos4Setup.exe

I didn't know I had logos 5, It's not a free version is it?
Pastor ... I think I'm confusing you. I didn't know you were on Logos4 (the older version). You said you re-installed (Logos4) ... did you re-install from the link shown above?
Logos5 was released about 2 months ago. At the moment a free Logos5 upgrade is not yet available but will be in 2013 early. But frankly if you have a little money (e.g. $160 or so) the 'crossgrade' they're offering now is well worth it ... includes the Logos5 engine plus the new features as well.
It is crashing while accessing the Copy Bible Verses database. If you delete it it should download the right file so you can restart.
Navigate to this location: C:\Users\LynordB\AppData\Local\Logos4\Documents\re24ifp2.pj4\CopyBibleVerses\ and delete the contents of the folder. Thenrestart Logos.

If you are relatively new to Logos 4 you would probably profit from a series of video tutorials that Logos Forum MVP Mark Barnes has created. they are free.

Those can happen every now and then. It can be server issues, or connectivity issues. Occasionally it is more serious. If it stops synching and won't start again, then it is time to zip up your log files again and attach them to a posting.
I dont have any bibles or a drop down list for choose preferred bible?
Preferred Bible is set on the Home Page. I don't have L4 running any more so I can't show it with a screen shot.

Online I have bibles in my library, but in the application on my desktop, it has no bibles installed. Does that even make sense? If I go to www etc... its loaded, but if I go to the apploication its not loaded.

Yes online at Biblia.com I have 48 bibles in library, and 27 others. I have never had /owned/paid for Logos. My application in my start menu has nothing in library? What am I doing wrong? I am new to LOGOS, but not esword?
When you sign up to Biblia you get access to some free resources but these are not available in your desktop software. To use Logos software you need to obtain some resources - for most of which you need to pay.
To see which free resources are available, have a look at http://www.logos.com/products/search?start=&sort=pricelo&pageSize=15 - which shows all Logos products in ascending order of price. This does include, among other things, the Lexham English Bible (http://www.logos.com/product/6162/lexham-english-bible) which is a free Bible made available by Logos.
