I have upgraded to the latest version of L5 Gold........and have checked in the books that people have said I should check and I still do not have the popular highlighting option in the software. Why is that? Thanks!!

Which books have you tried, and can you post the version number you are on? You can find this in the "help" section of the software by clicking on about.
I have tried several books.......I am not at that coomputer as I type this, but I am running L5 SR2. One particular book that I have tried in Piper's, 50 reasons why Christ came to die, as suggessted by Graham, and the option is not there.
When you get home, can you show us a screen shot of your visual filter menu?
