Hey, i got myself the Books and the sermons from John Piper.

So my question is:

When i want to search for a certain topic, for example marriage.

Is there a way to only look in the resources from John Piper?

Thanks ahead!!

    Thomas,

you'd make a collection with the rule author:piper and search this for the word you are looking for.

    Hope this helps,

Yes there is a way to access this using the Topic Guide. First create a collection of the Piper books and name it. Then open the Topic Guide and select Collections from the Add menu:

Scroll down to find the Collections section, and hover over the title bar for that section. The word Settings appears. Use the drop down menu under Settings to choose your collection.

You can customize the Guide to eliminate all but the Piper collection if you want to. Use Edit Guide Template under the large Topical Guide icon. Name it and it will appear in your Guides menu in the bottom left column.

If I recall correctly, journal articles must be added manually for the author (whole issue, unfortunately) and items only edited must be removed manually.
