Upgrade to L5 Gold from L4 Silver--Upgrader not accurate

I was reviewing the books and even though Logos insists that they are discounting all the books I have, based on the comparison chart they are not. One big one, for instance, is that I already have the large Exegetical Summaries (24 vol.) but the comparision chart does not recognize that I already have this. This is just one of several examples.

Any suggestions? If I call will I get someone who actually knows what they are talking about?

First, are you looking at the 'New to You' column?

Second, if you are missing any titles in a series it will show that you don't have the series. So it might be that you have most but not all of those titles. Logos says their calculator factors in things like this, discounting according to every book we own.

What does it show when you mouse-over the "New to you" indicator?

Were you logged into the website for the Upgrade Calculator?

A screenshot and some other examples would be best - so far I don't recall any inaccuracies of the dynamic pricing calculator that was proven here in the forums..

you are right...I misses read the symbols. It does seem to be taking everything into account.
