I had to install a new hard drive and reinstalled l4....my collections are all gone. Any ideas on getting them back?

Try typing sync now in the command box to see if they are saved on the Logos Server and make sure your internet is on and enabled in the program settings.
They didn't sync? I was sure that collections were part of the sync dataset. Is your internet set to ON?
Click the SYNC button and see what happens.
Pressed and typed 'sync now' and nothing happened.
Are there any firewall issues that would preclude you receiving this information from the Logos server?
Shouldn't be. All my favorites and clippings are showing up just fine. Just missing, from what I notice, are the collections.
Perhaps another related question: has anything sunc err.. Synced?
Ignore that last question since you answered it before I posted it. [*-)]
I guess what we need to know is if Collections are supposed to sync.
I would assume I have sync'd since I have the favorites and such.
I've found Collections to be stubborn sync'ers! I usually have two computers sync'ing simultaneously and a few Sync Now + waiting 20 minutes or so gives me the victory. Creating a new collection on the stubborn machine also acts as a stimulus.
I am finding that if I have a Beta install and on another machine a SP7 install that the SP7 overwrites any changes to the Beta in collections only. I have had collections created on the beta install be removed after syncing. This could be an L4 bug, but I really think it has more to do with Beta vs SP7.
