Crash performing difference Merge

I had performed one merge of the Passage Lists from two Syntax searches. Just after I initiated the second merge Logos crashed.

I enclose the Indexer log because it had been waiting for me to close Logos for some time.

EDIT:

On restart Logos opened to a blank Layout but my Setting is to open the most recent Local layout, and there was an Application Closed layout from several hours ago (10.15 am).

This issue should be fixed in 4.6b Beta 2/5.0b Beta 2.  Please let us know if you see this crash reoccur.
