1. I just upgraded to ver 5 and dont know how to upgrade my library on the kindle fire.
2. How do i know if i have the right logos app for my kindle fire?

You shouldn't need to do anything specific related to the Logos 5 upgrade.
Any library updates should happen automatically.
2. How do i know if i have the right logos app for my kindle fire?
As per http://community.logos.com/forums/t/61704.aspx, the most recent version is 2.2.8. Is that what you are running?
