Send to a New Document Not Working Right

I'm either missing a step or I just don't understand something. He'p me.

When I get my document set up like I want (see #1, I'm using 1 John, Lexham, interlinear with all but the text turned off), I can choose Print/Export, and the document shows up like I want in the window (see #2). If I print to my printer, it prints just like it shows. But if I Send to New MS Word Document (#3), only the Greek text transfers...the interlinear is lost (see second pic, #4).

I want it to send the doc just like it appears in the Print/Export window. Is this reasonable, or have I moved to Colorado?

It's a satirical reference to smoking pot. (CO legalized it recently.) Basically, its a way to say, I'm Crazy

Well, I'm not sure it is a bug. It might be, or I might be expecting too much. Or more likely, I'm not doing something right. That's what I'm trying to find out.
