Richard this functionality has moved to Faithlife.com. You are taken to a person's faithlife page when you click on their name in the forums. But if they have not 'joined' faithlife you can't send them a message, presumably if you haven't you wont be able to do so either.
Joining Faithlife.com is free and not the same as the FSB subscription. These are separate things that just happen to share Faithlife in the name.
I guess Logos wants us all to join that community. I respect though its not for everyone and think there should be an option to do this via the forums as their used to be B.F. (before faithlife).
This is a feature that I would prefer in this forum but it is not possible at this time except through Faithlife. Personally I think this is a weakness of the forums.
