I have Logos on my iMac and iPad. What I would like to do is. Bring my sermon outline from pages into a note file in Logos. I want a window with my outline to preach from and have Scripture hyperlinked to a Bible in another window. Any ideas about setting this up? Any help appreciated.

    HI Mike

You can't quite get all of this working at the moment.

Bring my sermon outline from pages into a note file in Logos.

This works fine. If you copy & paste the contents of your Pages document into a note in a notesfile it will be synchronised to your iPad. You will be able to find the Notesfile in your Documents panel on the iPad.

And you can set up the iPad app so you have it in split screen mode with a Bible in one half and the notesfile open in another.

I want a window with my outline to preach from

You get this as above - the only limitation is that an individual note will only take up half of the available space in the split screen. This has been flagged and I hope this gets changed in the future

and have Scripture hyperlinked to a Bible in another window

This you can't do in Notes as clicking on a reference opens up the notes editor as opposed to hyperlinking to another resource.

An alternative approach is to export the notes into another form - such as a PDF document - and open in iBooks. Hyperlinks then work but you end up switching between two full-screen windows - one with your Bible and the other with your notes.

I have tried both approaches and find that they are each useful but don't quite give the type of experience you - and I - are looking for.

    Hope this helps
