Logos doesn't have the distribution rights to this resource anymore:

It is a shame that the Prentice Hall revoked the distribution rights, it is true that the New Jerome Biblical Commentary would be nice but I am very happy to have the JBC. We have been told Logos would love either work but PH seems very adamant to not letting it be released again.
