Suggestion: Commands for Indexing

I'm going to suggest there be properly implemented commands for:-
- Full Indexing (with a warning that Merge would be quicker if there is a Supplemental index)
- Merge Indexes (N/A unless there is a supplemental index. This command should never perform a Full Index unless the Supplemental is corrupt)
Please remove the sort of command that is unveiled by a Search. A warning only should be sufficient.
I'm not sure that the merge strategy is to perform the action with each download so there effectively is no supplemental index, but there should be a command because things go wrong and there may be a Supplemental index!

Beta 3 will add "reindex now", which performs the first command (while preserving your existing index for searching while the new one is being built.) We plan to add a command for the latter before 4.0a is released.
Note that Beta 3 does not restart the indexer if it's already running; this should be fixed before release. Right now, the only workaround is to terminate the indexer, then run "reindex now".
