This is certainly a "newbie" question but are my markups stored on the cloud or just on my local PC?
If you are connected to the internet then notes / highlights are synced and stored in the cloud

Sorry, the do appear. I was looking at a particular and peculiar highlighting I saw on Romans 14:6 that did not appear on the iPhone and I cant' seem to erase. Not sure where that came from.
Yes, they should sync. That works on my iPad app
One more question. I assume since I cant' find my personal books on my iOS device that they are not stored on the cloud. Is that correct?
My understanding is the metadata is stored but the content is not right now. Eventually we will have syncing of PB's with the cloud and between devices. PB's are not currently supported by the Logos mobile apps. That is coming as well.
Can you post a screen shot of the resource with the highlighting in question? My initial thought was community highlighting, but if the resource is a bible, you should not be seeing those yet

Fred is right, content is not on the cloud, but on the local machine. And I've had a bear of a time trying to mimic the cloud by storing content on Dropbox, etc. I keep getting crashes.
Building a PB is a lot of work (at least for me), so I hate doing all that work and only having the PB on one machine. I'm anxiously waiting for Logos to implement the cloud content storage.
