I recently tried using the reftagger for wordpress plugin on a site and discovered that when the plugin was active the html menu's would not function on iOS devices. The menus would appear but the links would not be followed unless opened in a new tab. Disabling the plugin fixed the problem. From my testing it appears to a problem with the javascript as disabling javascript on iOS devices also fixed the problem. Is this a known issue?
