Exchanging Defective New PC - Will I Be Able to Download Logos 4 Again?

Hello everyone,

I recently purchased a new PC and upgraded to Logos 4. Well, the PC is crashing frequently (Windows 7) so I'm exchanging for a new machine. Will I be able to download Logos 4 again on my new PC? Can anyone explain how that works since I've already downloaded the program once? Thanks in advance.

Yea. Just login to your account at logos.com and download it. After you install logos 4 it will download your purchased resources and index them. You can install it on multiple computers this way as well.

Yes. Go to: http://downloads.logos.com/LBS4/LDLS4Installer/Logos4Setup.exe and use this setup file. Then when you get asked to log in, use your logos login and password - the one you use to log in to your account at www.logos.com - the one you used when you put it on the bad computer. Same as installing on a second computer.

To be blunt, Logos doesn't appear to keep track of how many times you download the installer. They don't enlist any draconian DRM that only allows the program to be installed on a certain number of machines (they do, of course, have DRM for book files). So just do everything the same way you installed it on the first machine and you should be fine. Don't hesitate to ask any questions here on the forums.
