Does Logos 5 transfer the Resources from Logos 4

I have just purchased the Logos 5 Minimal Crossgrade. I have Logos 4 installed at the moment. Two questions and one comment:

1. Does the Logos Installer transfer my existing resources (i.e. books) from L4 or is it a brand-new upload? I do understand that there are a few new resources that need to be uploaded. The reason I ask this is that back home (South Africa) the internet is very slow and expensive. So careful planning is the order of the day.
2. I assume  Logos 5 will finally replace my Logos 4, or would L4 and L5 be running on the same machine?

I am not sure why so many are upset about the upgrade pricing. As far as I can see, for a minimal amount  (when it comes to software upgrades), I get all my resources (plus a few extras) along with the Logos 5 capabilities. This seems pretty OK as far as I am concerned - or am I missing something?

Yes. It will actually re-use the existing folder structure. Thus,

would L4 and L5 be running on the same machine?

no, this isn't possible (unlike L3 and L4 [or L3 and L5] running in parallel)

is not a question: the installer will "just" download the new program, new datasets and those resources you get with the crossgrade, it will leave your books alone.
