When I use my passage guide. My illustrations don't come up...Help Please
Terry check your menu under the Add 'button':
You should see an entry for Illustrations (in mine it is grayed out because I already have it showing in my Passage Guide). Click on it to add it to your Passage Guide.

Terry, sorry to hear that is isn't a simple fix.
You haven't said if your see the Illustrations section in your passage guide. Do you?
Also, if the section is showing, is it possible it is just not expanded?
I see the add option and illustrations but when I click on it. It does nothing
Look at the two screenshots in my previous post. Do you see the line for Illustrations already in your Passage Guide (not under the Add menu)?
If it is there, is it collapsed or is it expanded and simply empty?
I know what the problem may be - it is VERY slow.
Try doing a Passage Guide on just Matt 1:1. That should come back pretty quickly.
I have a very fast computer, and doing a Passage Guide on Matthew 1 I clicked on Illustrations and it must have just "spun" for 20 seconds before it displayed a TON of stuff! So it may be you haven't given it enough time. Logos should address this, it is very very slow.
Can you try Matt 1:1 as a Passage Guide and see if an Illustration list comes up? It should look like this picture:
Yes it is. That's why it would help to know if the problem is not having the section show up in the PG or whether it is blank. But even if it is blank there is a processing indicator next to the word Illustrations that should be working.
