resource for colorful and updated pictures for sermons?

Hi folks. I have the L4 Leader's Library and the L5 crossgrade. I love how Logos 5 brings up images for me to use, but they are generally in black and white and look very dated. Is there a resource I should look into purchasing that would allow L5 to pull up more colorful and updated images?

This depends on what resources you have. Look for a Type called Media Collection in Library e.g. type:media in the Find box.

Try Logos Photos and the Faithlife Photos and Infographics

Look at Images or Photos

Logos 5 has some good images, depending on your package.

The Bible and its Story appear to be B&W but other resources have colourful images e.g. Logos Bible Software Infographics, but I see it also gets images from the ESV Study Bible for a particular passage.

Oh thanks, this is helpful. Is there a way I can add resources to automatically be used in the "Media Resources" part of the Sermon Starter? It seems to only pull from a few of them.

There's no way to "force" resources to be used as that depends on the passage or topic you are searching. To get a complete collection of "Image/Media" resources you need to upgrade to Starter.

I hadn't really explored Philana's suggested resources. Pretty good pictures, especially in large format I'd suspect.

This one really highlights 1st century jail building technology. Notice the creative use of the cinder block to prevent unanticipated breakouts, while still accomodating meals, etc. The maximization of light additionally assists prisoners attempting to write epistles to local churches.
