In other Bible study software I have used, if you click on a verse it becomes the current verse. I find that very handy and intuitive. Logos' way of making the topmost verse the current verse I find to be kind of klutzy and sometimes hard to control.

Amen! However one click on a verse also does several other things depending on the context. Sometimes you just have to trade off. Oh well!

I can see the value of this, but I also see the value the way it is. keep in mind if you want to activate a verse all you have to do is type the verse number in the reference line, or chapter:verse if its in a different chapter then the current.

Perhaps it could be an option somewhere in preferences, with the current method being the default.

I do that a lot, using ctrl-g to access the reference line. But it seems like a sledge hammer approach to what should be pretty simple with one mouse click.

I just realized that if I right-click a verse and then, in the right-click menu, choose 'Reference Matthew 6:10' (or whatever the verse is I click on) -- the first option is 'Open'. That makes the clicked-on verse the current verse. And other resources in the link set follow along.

That's at least one more click than what I want (and sometimes more, if the right-click menu is not on 'Reference x:xx' to begin with.

It would be nice if the right-click menu could be accessed with the keyboard. Once the right-click menu displays, menu options can be accessed with keyboard -- that's handy.
