Many random books won't load using wireless

If I use my mobile network I am able to view whatever book I want whether it was downloaded or not. Using wireless I am unable to view many books. If, while on wireless, I download a book then I can view it. This weirdness has only been happening for the last couple of weeks.

It's almost as if the app doesn't recognize that it is online, but only for the sake of loading whatever isn't in the current cache--if there is such a thing with the Logos app.

any advice? Insight?

Do you mean you can't see resources which you own in your library or that when you try and open them you get an error?

If an error, what error message do you get?

The error is: "error loading book. Could not load the specified book"

and yes I own the resource and cannot see it when I try to view it because it won't open. Instead, I receive the error msg.

There were a number of reports like this in earlier versions of the iPad app. What version are you running?

    Hi Alford,

Recently this issue has been caused by resources being recompiled to allow them to work better with new Logos 5 features; it is not generally an issue with the mobile application itself (although that too has happened in the past) but with the recompile process not fully accounting for mobile capabilities.  If you see this please make note of the resource(s) and let us know.  Thanks!

Thanks for the good info, Kevin. So far it happens to every resource.
