Morphological tags in GNT's

σωτηρίαν ἐν ἁγιασμῷ πνεύματος
When I look up the Greek preposition 'en' in 2 Th 2:13, I get a P in the Logos Morphology tagged texts, but in the Gramcord tagged text I get PD, showing this is a dativus (as is the following noun). Why this difference?

Different Morphological systems use slightly different pieces of information. The Logos Morphology sees a proposition which does not vary in morphological form and so just labels it as a preposition. The Gramcord gives a bit more information - that the object of this preposition would be in Dative case. But is this morphological information or syntax information? To some extent it doesn't really matter, except when you are doing searches...
