I originally contacted support over this, but after going through steps they offered which didn't fix the problem, they suggested I post my issue here.
Last night I purchased the Baker Encountering the Bible collection which consists of three titles. These automatically downloaded with no problem in L4/Win, but in L4/Mac, only two of the three downloaded. Encountering the OT did not download.
Tech support suggested I download the file from an FTP address they gave me and manually place it in the appropriate folder which I did. In restarting L4/Mac, it still does not recognize the file, although it is there.
Anyone have any ideas?
