What is the point of the new Reverse Interlinear display?

With the mouse over information now available for English bibles, right clicking and sympathetic highlighting to a linked Greek or Hebrew text what is the point of the new interlinear window? I am not bashing interlinears or anything, I just can’t figure out how this is a help. The same information can be displayed more efficiently using these other methods. It seems like a waste of screen space to me. Am I missing something here?

Reverse interlinear window/panel isn't all that efficient, there are better ways to do things. However, you can use it to see more information and in a more permanent form that the popups or right clicking. I don't really think I will use that window, but the good think is that I can leave it turned off and no space is wasted.

Some like to take the highway and others the side streats. But so long as we get there.

Logos offers many ways to get at the same info. I say cool! You could say, we have the Rev. Interlinears so why bother with the right clicking and sympathetic highlighting. My only complaint is I preferred the former way of displaying Rev. Interlinears. But they are coming "soon".

So to answer your question - just another way to do it.
