Trouble with notes

OI have not read all the posts on this, therefore, this may already be answered.

Just downloaded new Logos this week, and installed. I am trying to write notes on my current study in the notes section, but it's taking me twice as long because the note file keeps stopping my typing and moving me out of the file, and I'll have to click on the note again and begin typing where I left off.

Anyone else having these problems? Any suggestions? In all honesty, I can't say that I'm especially happy with this just yet. Hopefully it will grow on me.

Some (most?) of these issues are common. Some get some relief by setting "Use Internet" (under Tools>Program Settings) to off. Fixes are coming, but I don't know a time table for this particular one.
