Need help setting up a one year Bible reading plan in Logos 5

Here is what I want to do: 2 OT chapters every day, 1 Poetry chapter every weekday (Ps - Song), 1 NT chapter every weekday. I have concluded I need to set up three different plans, is that correct? I need to know how to edit the chapters it calls on me to read each day. I don't like the divisions it defaults to. For example, it does not divide Ps 119 naturally. How do I edit what it calls for each day?

No - you don't need three separate plans. You can combine them all in one with each component separated by a "|".

So the string "gen-mal | PS-Song | matt-rev" will set up a Reading Plan which includes passages from the Old Testament, passages from "Poetry" and passages from the New Testament each day.

However, you can't edit the divisions generated by the plan. This is a limitation in the software which many have requested be changed but it is the current situation.

Here is my current plan with some similarities to yours. I have this set up for weekdays for one year.

Ge–Es, Is–Mal, Mt–Jn, Heb–Re | Ac–Phm, Ac–Phm | Job–So

I do believe you will need a different plan for weekday vs all days. Also, as Graham has said, you can't specify the daily divisions. Personally I think Logos does a reasonable job of choosing the existing sections without having to fine tune 365 days of readings.
