Logos 4 stops working after sign in

I recently had to reinstall my OS, Windows Vista and am now trying to get Logos 4 to work. Previously worked just fine on this machine, same set up. Logos 4 installed just fine, but now when I click 'Sign In' it tries to sign in for a few seconds, then stops working, as in Vista tells me that the program stopped working and shuts it down. It is the same email/password that I can sign into the Logos website with (I quadruple checked) and I was able to pull up Logos 4 in offline mode, but could not find a way to get it back online. Anyone have any guesses?

Sorry to hear you are having problems.

Can you enable diagnostic logging and post logs after you have tried to start Logos and it has shut down and before trying to start it again.

I am having this problem as well and I have re-installed the software and tried everything I have read up to this point... I installed Windows 8 Pro and then went to install logos 4 and it never even gets going to get downloading my content. I need help and need to get this working..

Delete the folder C:\Users\Woody\AppData\Local\Logos4\Documents\a1mwge0p.fyh\Documents\ReadingPlan and try again.

I actually ended up reinstalling the OS again and installed Logos first, before any other programs. I'm not sure what was wrong before, but it is working perfectly now. Thanks for the help!

Awesome! I tell you what I love that their are blessed smart people out there that can come up with an easy fix! Deleting the reading plan was all it took!!!! This is definitely a huge deal for me I use this Logos 4 a lot!
