Hebrew Font on Surface

There is a what appears to be a square in every Hebrew word when using a Hebrew resource.

Also, I'm not a fan of the Hebrew font.  It's a little difficult to read.  The mem for example looks more like a distorted "O".

Maybe it's just my Surface RT?  Hopefully it can be fixed.

I'm looking at Lexham Hebrew-English Interlinear right now.
