Whenever I try to PRINT Logos 5 crashes.

Provide some detailed steps to show what you did and what settings you set in the Print/Export window. What printer?
David,
I have several printers. Changing the default printer makes no difference.
With or without a resource open, I press CTRL-P and the Print/Export box almost opens. The whirlygig spins around and then Logos5 crashes.
I have just downloaded the latest Beta /// 5.0.2.0441.
Problem unchanged.
Stephen
Hopefully the attached video shows exactly what happens when i press CTRL-P.

Does changing the Default Font back to "Default" (in Program Settings) stop the crash?
Bradley,
You gave me hope .... but alas. No change.
The font was set to "default sans serif".
I have tried Default and Arial but no change.
I am still having this PRINT problem.
Is there a way to SIMPLY (ie no resource downloading AND no re-indexing) to REINSTALL Logos 5, possibly when the next upgrade comes on line?
Hello Stephen,
Apologies for the trouble. We're currently investigating the possibility of certain visual filters that might cause this sort of problem. Can you try printing/export without any visual filters enabled on your resource? Does this work?
Do you get the same behavior form other types of panels, like the Text Comparison tool, or Passage Guide?
Also, if you can provide us with some fresh logs of the crash, this would be extremely helpful in troubleshooting.

Stephen:
Sorry you're still having this issue. Maybe a long shot, but is it possible that you don't have the standard fonts included with Windows installed on your machine (specifically Cambria/Georgia/Times New Roman)?
As we say in Australia .... EUREKA!!
I installed the fonts and the PRINT box opens.
Thanks for the "long shot"
I will uninstall the fonts one at a time and tell you which one caused the problem.
A quick install and uninstall of those three fonts seems to indicate that I have to have either Georgia or Times New Roman installed.
Thank you again
