I am not sure why, but I just immediately lost administrative rights. I even made the groups!

The group now has no admin.?

Did you happen to send yourself an email invite (to a different email address) to these groups and then accept it? If so, this is a known bug that we will hopefully ship a fix for this week.
If you let me know which groups this happened to, I can go ahead and fix this.

Actually, I changed their names... I think.

It appears that there is still an admin in https://faithlife.com/zccworshipteam/ so it would be best that you contact the remaining admin of that group and have them re-appoint you. However https://faithlife.com/zioncommunitychurch/ is without an admin, and I have re-added you as admin of that group.
