There is a means within L5 to gain back deleted note documents… but not from the mobile app. I am not sure if there is a way to regain a single note. I believe once its gone… its gone. Sorry. [:S]

Another thought: If the note is synced with your desktop app, try this: Open your desktop app with no internet connection. Find the note. If you haven't synced yet, the note will still be there. Create a new note so that when the sync deletes the old one, you will still have a copy.
