Praise God for her! *smile* Each of her illustrations is a tremendous sermon even on its own! Peace to all!

One of my Most Favourites is this one:
based upon this passage! *smile*
6 Brothers,if anyone is caught in any transgression, you who are spiritual should restore him in a spirit of gentleness. Keep watch on yourself, lest you too be tempted. 2 rBear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ. 3 For if anyone thinks he is something, when he is nothing, he deceives himself. 4 But let each one test his own work, and then his reason to boast will be in himself alone and not in his neighbor. 5 For each will have to bear his own load.
I remember fondly, Dear Brothers and Sisters, a couple of Churches I served (when younger!) in Saskatchewan where we had Canadian Bible Society Good News Bibles all over the place! Retreats! Youth areas! Bible Camps!
I really and truly appreciated Annie's drawings ....
This morning -- I'm having a "surge of sadness" as I look into my Logos Library Bible Society Versions and cannot find Annie's illustrations ... They are missing!
I guess I don't absolutely need them since up to now I haven't noticed that they were missing .... "my bad, eh?"!!!
And, right now I'm sorry that I can't even place the "odd one" into an appropriate note file ............ to really "complete" a point ......... This is my first complaint about note files ....
However, I DO remember that in Logos 3.0g we could put .jpeg's into note files! Now we can't! Will we be able to some day?
Those who want the newest Edition of the 66-book Bible, please post in: 2004 Good News Translation 3rd Edition UK-English! It doesn't come in an American English Edition.
Peace, Unix! *smile* Does that edition have Annie's line drawings?
This would be a great resource to have in Logos, either to accompany personal Bible readings or for use in sermon presentations.
I love the beauty and simplicity of Vallotton's line drawings which always effortlessly draw you, as the reader, into the narrative of Scripture.
