Logos 5 for Mac is crashing on startup for me every time. I've followed the instructions at http://www.logos.com/support/logos5/Mac/quick-reinstall because I got that message when I uninstalled and tried to run Logos 4 again. I've enable diagnostic logging; archive attached. I'm not sure what other information to supply, so if anyone has questions I'll be happy to answer them.

I'll email you about this.
It looks like your Preferences database is corrupt.
Rename /Users/mburer/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Documents/fy1poaqp.sic/LocalUserPreferences/PreferencesManager.db and launch Logos.
note there are 3 Preferences folders, so make sure it is exactly UserPreferences
EDIT: go with tommy's advice in case i'm wrong.
Tommy suggested I do the following: "Can you close a Logos and navigate to Users/mburer/Library*/Application Support/Logos4/Documents/fy1poaqp.sic/. Once there rename the UserPreferences folder." That did the trick. Thanks for the help!
