Create own Bible

Dear Forum,

I know this topic has been discussed several times, but mostly before Personal Book Builder (PBB) was released. And somehow I don't seem to be getting the hang of it from the wiki-page.

So, here it goes:

 

• Every single verse needs to be like this [[@Bible:mt 1:1]] (this works!)

• But how do I create the verse number? Or do I just put it inside the text? The esv for example seems to make it different as it has another style then the rest of the text.

• How to create chapter-headers, book-headers?  

•  
  • {field-on:<headtitle>}} Der Stammbaum Jesu Christi {{field-off:<headtitle>}} or 


•  
  • {field-on:<headings>}} Der Stammbaum Jesu Christi {{field-off:<headings>}} for example do not work

• How to create an index so one can click on say "Matthew - Chapter 14"?

 

Any help is apreciated :-)
