building a bible

I am in the process of preparing a Chinese Bible in Logos 4 via the personal book builder tool. Although I am able to use the correct milestone for Strongs Greek numbers so that they appear, I am wondering how to make those invisible in the finished product. I am thinking something similar to the the AV Bible resource which does not show the blue hold over link, but rather the underlying Greek or Hebrew word when you right click on any given word. Also, does anybody know how to make this a feature to be turned off and on in a resource? Thanks!
