Installation problem

Hi - I recently bought the Christian Home Library collection, but when I download the little logos4 .exe file and click on it, nothing happens. I know it's not much to go on, but does anyone know if I might be missing something. I don't think I need any additional software to be able to access this collection...Any help appreciated...

Are you trying to install as an administrator? I think Logos4 requires that (at least to set up the program).

The other things to check are an over-zealous anti-virus program, or a corrupt download (download again).

In each of these above cases, you should get a notice that something is wrong, so I'm really just guessing here.

Thanks, should have replied earlire....in fact, a quick restart sorted the problem. Cheers...
