In the Library view, when I drag a a resource title to the prioritized resources list, I cannot get the list to scroll down so I can easily drag the item to the end of the list. I am viewing the Library in the view with headers on each column. When I hover over the end of the list, the list should scroll down. Right now I have to drag it to the list, then hit the scroll bar and then grab it and drag it further down the list.
