is it possible see everything I have highlighted in a book?
Is it possible to see what others have highlighted -- like a list?
Josh,
If I understand your question, then yes, there it. Anything you highlight will be posted to a note file. It depends on which file your highlights get sent. If you open that file, you can see your highlights. If you like to use a variety of highlighting styles, you can put these into a single palette and each of the separate styles will show up in the same note file (that you designate for the palette).
The problem is (and maybe this is your question), you only see a short clip of the highlight, if it is more than a sentence or so. You can go to it by clicking on the book abbreviated title next to the quote, but I don't know a way to make the entire quote show up.
This is why I put almost anything I highlight into a clippings file for that book. Then I have access to the whole thing, along with bibliographic info, and can print/export as needed.
I know of no way to see others' highlights in list form. This is kept as data on Logos' servers, but I don't know if we can access it through the program.
Not sure if I'm helping, as I'm not sure I read your question right.
