Quick Note Feature...

Hello,

I would like to see A "Quick Note Feature" that maybe Resembles the grey "Pull Tab" for dual screen, placed at the Top Right Hand corner of each panel that Pulls down with a possible outline as presented below :

This would be so handy for sudden Ideas that pop into your head during a search, like other searches, that you would like to get to but can't right away due to the nature of the phone environment.
