How do I quit a group?

How do you quit a Faith Life group?

 It looked like a good match but the leader and I seem to
be at opposite ends of a schism. 

 I tried to ask where my reasoning had gone in error and
have not [yet] received a reply [we may yet resolve it] but I was wondering how
you dropped out of a group rather than just not attending.

     Click "You are a member", and you will see the option to leave the group:

    I also could not find where to leave a group but then found the options.  I had joined two groups as a test as I was new to faithlife and then removed myself from the groups.  However it does not remove the information from the Activity Tab of my profile and states "You have joined the group (name of group)" - I gather this is a bug
