I have already asked in the past if it would be possible that when going to a note in a note file, there would be automatic scrolling to that note in the list on the left. I don't think this has been implemented yet as far as I know.
But in addition to this, it would good if the note being read was highlighted (grayed or whatever) in the list as well. This is particularly important when deleting duplicate entries so as to avoid deleting the wrong one.
