I think he is talking about the Microsoft Surface winner, at least that is the one I am thinking of.
I cannot find the email now, but Logos was giving away one of each of the base packages. You could get extra entries by using Face book or Twitter. I just never heard who won those. The "raffle" or whatever was to end at the first of the year.

From what I understand, the winners are usually notified by email. If and when you win, you will be notified through that medium. I have not won anything yet, so I don't know what email looks like. Hope this clarifies.
