"Noetic Affects" is an oxymoron? :-)
The author's previous article in Conservative Theol Journal 10:29 (2006, 74) uses "Noetic Effects."
I'm unlikely to buy this book (based on presuppositional dispensationalism) but hopefully that helps someone else.
